Can the 14mz gimbals be rotated?

I notice a single hex there and wandered if the whole gimbal can be rotated so the throttle stick moves at 7pm to 1pm instead of 6-12.

My friend has this feature on his multiplex royal pro and feels "right" as your thumbs don't naturally move straight up.
