What Pinion size is everyone using and other questions?

1.) I started with the 18T and 90% on DX7 with Kontronik ESC. I did not tach it but it was causing vibes on the V-Bar. Went down to the stock 15T and 80% on Tx. I was suprised at how much pop the 15T has! I see they have up to a 20T but that just seems a bit ridiculous. I may go to 16T or 17T. Does anyone have ideas on general head speeds for different pinions? I know it involves ESC setup and Tx setup just looking for a ball park number.

2. Using Edge FBL blades. Going to try the SAB for FBL. Does this heli perform better with the SAB stock blades for FBL?

3. I was not crazy about the alignment of the main shaft using the build procedure in the manual. No matter what I did the main shaft was binding because of incorrect ange/position of the bearing blocks. This was attributing to my vibrations I think. I had to take it apart and remove the servos. I assembled it with just the bearing blocks, got it lined up with the shaft in place and THEN put the servos back on. It is smoother now but still now 100% happy with it. I also sanded the shaft with 1000 grit sandpaper and then used Mothers Mag for ultra smoothness. Will the expensive alum bearing blocks make a difference? I see quite a few photos with the helis using the alum bearing blocks.
