Hello everyone. Im still pretty new to rv helicopters and like most everything I do I jump in over my head a na go all out.
So far I have 3 helis.
Swans military thunder chok was my first. Followed by a Swans air attack. And now a Blade SR which I actually picked up tonight and already crashed haha!
After the charge took it out got it in the air and fell to the rabbits of my last controller which had my yaw in the place of my aileron controls.
Hit the ground pretty hard broke one blade, bent the spindle, broke the center hub, bent the tail boom and messed up both props.
I have it apart right now and wrote down all my part numbers. Calling the shop in the morning to order them.
Decided to do a light load test with nothing attached to get a better idea of the controls and reread ghetto manual.
So far im really enjoying this hobby. Had a friend buy the huey with me. We a learning and flying at the same time.
