vertical tail fin

didn't take mine long to start sliding up and down the tail boom and spin around into all different orientations.

Tried a drop of Elmer's to hold it in place. No joy. Tried a tiny piece of scotch tape, no joy.

Anyone else experience this problem...and if so, what did you do to solve it??
