Hello all,
I just purchased a Blade 450 RTF. I have been flying a Blade 120 SR for awhile now and have a TON of hours on Phoenix flying the 450. I had some good weather today and had a chance to do some flying. It is my first CP heli so I was nervous. I fired it up and found it VERY easy to hover and light forward flight. I have the DX6i on the factory settings and in looking at the manual I notice that model 1 is for the beginning settings. Now I am new to all the settings for heli's so please forgive me.
So the D/R and EXPO in this mode is set at 50% and +7% for aile and elev and for rudd its at 75% INH. Now if i understand correctly 50% is the "throw" on the servo and the 7% is the sensitivity at center. I could be way off on this any help would be great (i'm learning). So should I slowly increase these settings or just go to the advanced settings in the model 10 of the radio where the bump it to 75% and +15%.
I guess the shorter question is, how do i make it a little more challenging as it seems very easy to me right now. I want to have more response and I am looking for any help that I can get.
