Is this a good choice for my trex 500?

I am about to buy a new charger and I'm certinaly no expert at this.

and I obviously need an adapter if I want to charge at my house, so I looked at this one: http://hobby24.no/?PageID=691&ItemID=19645

Bunch of questions inc:

• The charger can charge 2 batteries at 9a at max, if I only charge 1 battery, will the ampere double to 18a?
• The adapter can deilver up to 14a, does that mean that I can only charge at 7a if I charge 2 batteries at the same time? Or will it still remain at 14a no matter how many batteries etc?
• The adapter delivers 14v 220w, this will be good fit for the charger ye?
