vbar settings for whiplash and scorpion 130a V cmdr?

HI,
I'm finishing up my whiplash build and was looking for some recommended vbar settings to start with for gov.

I have the fullsize vbar 5.2 with scorp 130a v commander esc / hkIII 530kv motor.
I've got the opto cable, plugged into sensor II

I do have the basic settings complete, and throttle is working on the setup. my main concerns are gov settings, and initial tail gain.

its my first vbar and 700 so any help would be appreciated!
