My Trex 600 fbl has a strange damage. The two metal control arms bolted to the head, are both twisted (approx. 8-10 degrees), as if the top part of the swashplate had been very forcibly turned against its normal rotation direction. I discovered it looking the heli over, and this was about the last thing I expected to find. Damaged part no. is HN6119.
The heli has no more than 30 flights, and have not been crashed nor flyed very hard.
I have had one not-so-pretty auto, with a soft landing but a slight tip-over, that lead to some blade-scraping in grass - but no damage, not even a scratch on the blades.
For now I have twisted the arms back in shape, using some pliers. But I plan to replace them shortly.
Any ideas as to what could cause this?
