Governor Setup help

im brand new at nitro helis, my trex 700 is all put together and ready for its first start. but im not sure how im supossed to set up the governor in my dx8 or even if i need it on when i start the engine. any help with how it all works would be appreciated.


Also is there in good videos out there on how to tune a nitro engine? im running a align 91hp
