elevator bobbing
It's been windy here and I haven't flown my gaui 200 for awhile. Did a quick hover today to show my son and it was Pretty good but the elevator is bobbing a bit. What do I change to stop that?

QAV500 or FLIP FPV
I am interested in building my 1st multirotor and have found the above two models that interest me. I have a GoPro Hero 3 BE that I would like to shoot video with at first, then later in time experiment with FPV. The FLIP FPV is $120 the QAV500 is $189. Which would you go with?

Kasama 90 - Bent main shaft?
After many months I'm finally getting to the end of my Kasama 90 build and in trying to set up the head perfectly I am getting a 0.7 degree change in pitch as I rotate the head by 180 degrees.
The following picture shows the head perfectly level.

Now I've rotated the head through 180 degrees and you can see the head is out of level in the following picture.

Is this 0.7 degree tilt something to worry about or is it within tolerance? Or is it that the top of the button is not necessarily level?
I might be getting too anal about set-up because I'm using digital gauges and if I was using a simple mechanical pitch gauge I probably wouldn't be able to pick this offset.
Appreciate your thoughts on what I should do.

Have a transmitter setup question Futaba 8JH
I have my 450 all setup, installed nav lights.
I need help with how to setup my transmitter so that I can assign a switch to toggle them on and off. I have attempted on my own with just head aches. Then let them be however it would be great to turn them on by a switch. The whole reason I got 8 channels.
Do I need to purchase someth7ng or am I just missing a setting somewhere?

FBL Head Set-up
On the Kasama website there are assembly instruction for the FBL head and a small picture showing the head setup at 0 deg pitch. (See pic. below)

Here is a picture of my head setup and you can see that it is impossible to get both sides of this linkage to be 90 degrees.

I've also had a look at the build thread which is a sticky above my Mecuriel and he shows a different set up configuration which makes sense.
What's the conventional wisdom on head setup?

Futaba Gy520 issues
So I have owned my trex 450 pro for only about a month. The setup is a GY520 with a S9650 servo. Before I began to set it up I went and found a servo horn to match so the ball would be at a perfect 90' and the hole that the manual suggests at 7.5mm. I set it up in rate mode close as possible to a neutral and flyable then move into heading hold mode. the issue is I get nasty bounce back. In standard response rating the Gyro will hold collective pops but when pirouetting and hard stops come on I get a nasty bounce back that I cant seem to get rid off. I move to the slow response rate and the bounce gets much better but the collective pops drive the tail left badly. Gain helps a little but the bounce back comes back.
Today I got out the CUI-2 and mess with it alot today but I do not think I am doing anything properly, Im at my wits end with this gyro and I really do not understand the advance menu options. Read up on it a lot and I m still not getting it. Pretty sure understanding what the advanced menu options do would help alot. If anyone has the info other then that comes with the gyro I would appreciate it.
To anyone that can shead light on this situation I really appreciate it.

Higher head speed?
I want to be able to do quick flips. Not just regular quick flips, like flips in place. I set my dual rates to 125% and travel adjusts to 150% (everything to maximum). I'm still not getting the flips to be as fast as I'd like. I just had my first ever 3D flights indoors, my livingroom is pretty small so I just did simple flips. They were everywhere. I even had a small crash because I couldn't get it stable again after flipping. I read somewhere that head speed could help, but how do I increase mine without upgrading to a brushless motor? Thanks for any replies.
